Every AI model we ship is classified against the EU AI Act risk tiering (unacceptable / high / limited / minimal) before deployment. High-risk systems (e.g. employee monitoring, critical infrastructure) get full conformity assessments, model cards, audit trails and human oversight. Lower-risk systems still ship with model cards as a hygiene standard.
A 30-minute discovery call, then a 1–2 week fit assessment with a senior architect (often a plant visit or a Teams session with your operations team). Output is a written 2–3 concrete options + rough effort. Most engagements then proceed via a 6–12 week paid PoC before scope expansion.
